Our Process
Fill in our Contact box
Click on the “Contact” tab and fill out the form. We will send you a direct link to our booking calendar.
From there, you can see our calendar, book appointments, view price lists, and pay invoices.
Please note that we are a referral based service and can only work within existing veterinary practices in Alberta. Members of the general public cannot book with us directly. Please speak with your veterinarian if you think your pet needs an ultrasound.
Book An Appointment
Choose a date and service that meets your needs. Once booked, you will receive instructions for patient preparation.
Have Patient Ready
Patients should be dropped off at your clinic at least one hour prior to the appointment time. The patient should be prepped and ready based on the patient preparation document you received. The patient is expected to be ready for scanning by the scheduled appointment time unless otherwise indicated.
Study and Report Delivery
All images will be provided for permanent storage in your own clinic’s record system. An imaging report with findings and recommendations will be sent to you shortly after the examination is completed.
